Group Campus Visit Experience

Thank you for your interest in visiting Nova Southeastern University (NSU) with your group.

In order for us to coordinate your upcoming visit, we kindly ask that you complete the form below at least one month prior to your anticipated visit to NSU's Campus. This allows for our team to plan accordingly for your group.

In addition to the completed form below, your group will be required to submit a certificate of liability form in order for NSU to confirm your group's visit experience. This certificate of liability form will be provided to you upon the completion of the form below by our team. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours to receive this form.
